Shipping Policy
In-stock orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as promptly as possible. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Zeenat-e-Darbar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of the items, all are final sale unless damaged

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Preorders
Pre-order pieces are specially reserved for you and are considered final sale. Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide and may change due to production, customs, or shipping delays.
Product variations
Many of our pieces are inspired by traditional craftsmanship and may include hand-finished details. Minor variations in stone placement, bead shape, finish, or color may occur and are part of the character of the piece.
Photography, lighting, and individual screen settings may also cause slight differences in color. These variations do not mean that the fundamental design of the item will be substituted or changed.
Jewelry care
Our fashion jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, perspiration, and household chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry place when not being worn.
Natural tarnishing or changes resulting from wear, moisture, chemicals, or improper storage are not considered manufacturing defects.
Materials
Product descriptions identify materials and finishes to the best of our knowledge based on information provided by our makers and suppliers. Terms such as Jadau-style, Kundan-style, gold-tone, or gold-plated describe the appearance or stated finish and should not be interpreted as solid precious metals or genuine gemstones unless specifically stated.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Every treasure at Zeenat-e-Darbar is thoughtfully hand-curated, often in small quantities and sourced from skilled artisans.
Subtle variations in color, stones, setting, finish, embroidery, or craftsmanship may occur and are part of the character of artisan-made pieces.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. Measurements are approximate.
Availability is limited, and many designs may not return once sold.
